D&M has not been imaged at noon nor at sunrise and only the sunset shadows of 35A72 and 70A13 (better) exist by now (mar-2002). Erol Torum (who was cartographer for NASA) mantains a Webpage since 1988 giving measured angles in D&M base. Here we evaluate his work in terms of our interpretation. The 'Fort' has been imaged by MGS nearnoon and such imagery has to be carefully studied.
